North Oaks Endoscopy
North Oaks Endoscopy transforms an existing shell space into a modern, 9,200-square-foot endoscopy suite designed to enhance patient care, clinical efficiency, and staff support. The renovation includes selective demolition and a complete interior build-out to create a state-of-the-art healthcare environment tailored to the needs of both patients and providers.
The new suite features four fully equipped procedure rooms, a dedicated patient holding area, and a thoughtfully planned collection of support spaces essential to daily operations. These areas include clean and soiled linen rooms, equipment and medication storage, a specialized scope cleaning suite, a central nurse’s station, administrative offices, a private consult room, and a comfortable visitor waiting area.
To further support staff wellness and workflow, the project also includes a new break room for the endoscopy team as well as a separate administrative break room. Every element of the renovation was designed to create a seamless, efficient, and welcoming environment that reflects North Oaks’ commitment to high-quality patient care.
