Ochsner Neurology Parking Garage
Woodward served as the design-build contractor for the Ochsner Neurology Parking Garage, delivering a structured parking solution to support the growing needs of the Ochsner Health campus.
The scope included the design and construction of a multi-level parking structure integrated within an active healthcare environment, which consists of 5 levels with 839 parking spaces. Careful coordination was required to maintain uninterrupted access to surrounding medical facilities, with a strong emphasis on safety, traffic flow, and minimal disruption to daily operations.
