St. Tammany Parish Hospital Addition and Renovations
An 11-phase approach was taken to the multi-faceted interior renovation and addition scope of this hospital project. Woodward developed a highly technical sequence of work to minimize disruptions to both patients and providers through construction.
Woodward served as general contractor on this four-phase renovation and addition on an operating hospital campus. The project scope included interior renovations to the kitchen and dining areas, Operating Room shell, post-anesthesia care unit, and the neonatal intensive care unit. Also in the scope were buildouts for a new family center and new sterilization suite.
A new two-story, 11,000sf addition to the support services building was also part of the project scope. Woodward is proud to note that the project progressed on time and within budget.
