3535 Magazine Street
The historic renovation of 3535 Magazine includes a complete reimagination of the former Harry’s Ace Hardware store at the corner of Magazine and Foucher streets.
The three-story, 30,000 square foot commercial building will soon be home to two ground floor retail tenants, with the second and third floors housing commercial offices. The site will include ground level parking and special attention to historic architectural elements throughout the building.
