Carpenter and Paterson identified the need to expand their pipe support production by adding a new fabrication center, warehouse, office space, and an access road around the facility. These additions will enable C&P to meet growing demand from both existing and new customers in electric vehicle assembly, computer production, and battery manufacturing.

Woodward is serving as the design-builder for C&P’s operational expansion. The project includes a 30,000-square-foot warehouse addition, a new fabrication shop, offices, associated sitework, and Loop Road. The design features a two-story, pre-engineered metal building with a pile-supported foundation, four bridge cranes, multiple offices, a meeting room, male and female locker rooms, lunch and break rooms, and a 1,200-square-foot second-floor viewing area overlooking the fabrication shop below.
