A refined architectural façade screens the manufacturing area from view, revealing instead a welcoming green space that introduces visitors to the renewed campus. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a broad expanse of landscaped open space and an entry sequence that immediately conveys a sense of place and pride. Inside, the vestibule features a vibrant accent wall displaying the Carpenter & Paterson logo, hinting at the energy and craftsmanship that define the company’s work. The heart of the project lies in the viewing area—a light-filled communal space where employees and visitors can gather, recharge, and observe the manufacturing floor in motion. The warehouse is clad in a two-tone, mini-rib metal panel system—a refined alternative to the typical R-panel found on industrial buildings—giving the exterior a polished, durable character. Gutters cast directly into the concrete paving carry rainwater away from the building and beneath the sidewalk—a subtle but elegant solution that both celebrates the natural movement of water and ensures long-term protection of the structure.
