Woodward was selected to perform architectural design and construction services to improve over 100,000 square feet of space on Xavier University’s campus. This project includes the restorations to aging facilities to improve building performance by replacing existing doors, windows and exterior envelope systems. The project is currently underway, with Woodward having performed demolition and abatement and now installing HVAC systems and new sprinklers.

Erik Wismar, AIA of Woodward’s Design Group served as the Architect on this project. Returning to the Xavier campus is meaningful to him as he also served as Architect on Xavier’s Student Activity Center.
