Woodward Design+Build is proud to celebrate Nicholas C. Mannix, P.E., F.ASCE, Manager of the Woodward Engineering Group, on being named a Fellow by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). This distinction is one of the highest honors in the field, awarded to just 3% of ASCE members worldwide. Fellows are recognized for their exceptional contributions, leadership, and innovative solutions that have advanced civil engineering and positively impacted communities across the globe.

For more than a decade, Nicholas has guided the Woodward Engineering team with vision and dedication, with a strong emphasis on the renovation and restoration of historic structures throughout New Orleans. His work has not only advanced the built environment but also safeguarded the city’s unique architectural legacy.

Among his award-winning projects are several landmarks that define the New Orleans skyline and streetscape, including the Four Seasons Hotel, Factors Row, the NOPSI Hotel, and the Giani Building. Through these efforts, Nicholas has helped preserve the character of our historic city while ensuring these structures meet the needs of today and tomorrow.
