Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans and the Gayle Benson Automotive Group announced on December 18, 2020 plans to build a new multi-million dollar, 20,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility, that will be home to the only authorized Sprinter Van dealership in the Central Business District and on the South Shore.

Slated to open in the 4^th quarter of 2021, the new facility will be located on the corner of Poydras Street and Claiborne Avenue and will be built around the very latest, high-tech production systems at Mercedes-Benz. The new facility will offer Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van sales and service, pre-owned and certified pre-owned passenger vehicle sales and service, warranty work for passenger car service and convenient pick-up and delivery service. The new facility will offer convenience and ease to customers located in and around the New Orleans area.

Woodward collaborated with Rozas-Ward Architects to bring the facility through pre-construction in a design-build capacity; we are excited to start the construction phase of the project at this key corner of Downtown New Orleans.
