Woodward is excited to embark on a new public, CMAR project! The firm will execute preconstruction phase services with Grace Hebert Curtis Architects and CSRS, Inc. to collaborate on the alignment of design, scope, and budget for Gonzales Middle School. The $5 million renovation project will be executed as a Construction Manager at Risk to deliver upgrades ranging from a new exterior building facade, gymnasium improvements, and updated mechanical systems. Woodward is uniquely qualified for this type of work, our experience working on operating lower school campuses is extensive. Our field teams understand the care and consideration it takes to safely and professionally work around students, faculty, and parents.
