Court brings a strong background in preconstruction and operational leadership to the role. Known for his expertise in efficiency, lean processes, and strategic planning, he has helped drive improvements across Woodward’s operations while supporting project teams in delivering value to clients.

As Millwork Business Leader, Court will be responsible for guiding the overall business performance of the millwork group, including profit and loss, operational strategy, and future growth initiatives. He will work closely with the millwork team to enhance collaboration between the shop and project teams while continuing to improve processes that support quality, efficiency, and client service.

Woodward’s millwork operation has long been recognized for its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Under Court’s leadership, the group will continue building on that reputation while expanding opportunities to support projects across Woodward’s markets.
