The Julia at St. Charles
Located in the Warehouse District of New Orleans, The Julia at St. Charles is slated to be a mixed use development consisting of luxury apartment units, parking garage, and over 17,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.
The development’s 198 apartment units are a mix of one- and two- bedrooms, and 150 off-street parking spaces are available to tenants and retail customers alike. Construction on the project began in November of 2017, and included demolishing a concrete parking structure to make room for the new post-tensioned concrete and wood frame structure. The new development retains a historic carriage house, which is utilized as rental offices and managerial space.
