The project transformed a former surface level parking lot into a 5-story residential building with ground floor retail. The building, which is seeking LEED Silver certification, offers 209 apartments with numerous amenities including a fitness center, resident lounge, resort-style pool and cabana with poolside food and drink service, 24-hour attended concierge desk, cyber cafe, and free Wi-Fi. Adding density and a whole host of eateries to the neighborhood, the project is one part of bringing a mixed-use, transit-oriented development to the heart of downtown.
