Our Work

Taylor Education Center

The historic print shop gets restored and repurposed into a modern office building for multiple tenants.

The 4-story building, which previously served as the office building for Ives Printing Company, underwent selective demolition and interior renovations to prepare for tenant build-outs. Taylor Education Center is now open as a mixed-use office space, serving educational and commercial clients. The building’s original tin-clad fire doors (circa 1924) were refurbished and are now featured as interior sliding doors to separate office spaces. The Woodward team also constructed a penthouse addition which serves as event rental space and includes a full-service kitchen and outdoor balcony with views of New Orleans’ historic downtown.
