Our Work

Raymond James

Woodward Design+Build served as general contractor for the renovation of a former bank building into a modern financial services office for Raymond James Financial in Slidell, Louisiana, in partnership with STO Group.

The project reimagined the existing space into a functional, client-focused environment tailored to the needs of a contemporary financial team.

The renovation began with selective demolition of the original bank layout, making way for a new configuration that includes private offices, support spaces, and improved circulation throughout. Interior upgrades feature new flooring, paint, and wall coverings, creating a cohesive and professional atmosphere.

A unique aspect of the project included repurposing the existing bank vault into a secure IT room, as well as the addition of a new restroom to support the updated layout. Custom millwork by Woodward Millwork Group plays a central role in the design, with highlights including a custom kitchen, reception desk, feature slat walls, and a decorative panel feature wall that establishes a strong first impression upon entry.

Exterior enhancements further modernized the building, including the installation of a new window at the former drive-thru location, brick infill at the removed night deposit, and upgrades to the drive-thru canopy ceiling. Energy-efficient LED lighting was installed throughout both the interior and exterior, improving overall performance and visibility.
