The building sits on 2.5 acres of land and consists of an 8,000 sf vehicle showroom with office spaces, a 6,000 sf vehicle service department, and a car wash. The dealership was constructed with structural steel, a masonry service department, curtain wall system and Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) skin. Despite numerous weather delays over the course of the nine month schedule, our team and subcontractors were able to complete the project on schedule.
