After Woodward completed the core and shell work on 1400 Poydras, a part of Benson Tower, Ochsner entrusted our team with the interior buildout for their offices. The three floor buildout includes administrative offices, classrooms and a 3-story glass atrium.
Woodward was successfully able to coordinate with all subcontractors and meet the tight schedule that Ochsner required for this project. Substantial completion was issued one month before the contractually obligated date and the result is an office space that is open, functional and modern.
