Our Work
Ochsner’s Debra H. and Robert J. Patrick Neuroscience Center
In addition to Construction Manager, Woodward provides architectural and engineering services on this transformative new freestanding medical office building.
Ochsner’s new 132,000 square foot Neuroscience Center will house more than 20 existing neurological and psychological centers to provide a central location for for early-onset dementia, rehabilitation, and integrative services programs. One of the goals of the new center is to diagnose diseases like dementia earlier in the patient’s life, so that treatments result in better quality of life outcomes and caregivers also feel supported. Delivered with BWBR and Woodward Design Group, Woodward serves as Construction Manager at Risk on this transformative new freestanding medical office building.
The arrival of the new Neuroscience Center signals much transformation to the north side of Ochsner’s main campus, the project incorporates a new parking garage, boulevard extension, and demolition of an existing warehouse.
