This downtown service center is a unique concept within the Mercedes Benz brand in New Orleans.  The building serves as a sales center for Sprinter vans and certified pre-owned vehicles, while the service center welcomes all Mercedes Benz models.  The prominent downtown site has accommodated various automotive businesses in the past so the preconstruction team addressed the environmental remediation of the property, legacy foundations discovered in the ground, and zoning and code issues related to the lighting, branding, and security of the street corner.  The architects and our preconstruction team fully coordinate and comply with the international AutoHaus 3 design standards required by Mercedes Benz.
