Our Work

Loyola University St. Mary’s Hall Renovation

Woodward proudly continues to serve on the uptown campus of Loyola University, as they renovate a long abandoned property.

The renovation of Loyola’s St. Mary’s Hall involves the reconfiguration of an existing three story, 15,008 sf building on Loyola University’s Broadway Campus. Woodward, serving as CMAR in collaboration with Eskew Dumez Ripple Architects, will demolish the property down to the existing structural columns, floors, and stairwells, oversee all new MEP systems, a new envelope (roof & exterior walls), and an interior fit-out.

The interior will be fit-out as workshops, storeroom space, and offices for Loyola’s Facilities Department on the first two floors and an office and clinical treatment suite for Loyola’s Center for Counselling Education on the third floor. Additionally, there is an existing metal shed in the back yard that will be re-clad with a new envelope and fit out for additional storeroom space.
