Our Work

Loyola University Mercy Hall Redevelopment

Woodward is proud to deliver this modern student residence on this historic Uptown campus.

The former Mercy Hall occupied the corners of Calhoun and Freret streets on Loyola University’s uptown New Orleans campus. It will now be the site of the newest student residence in the campus program. The new residence hall will stand seven stories high, occupy 210,157 square feet, and hold 612 beds. The total unit count is 126 with an array of four different unit styles. In addition to the 126 units, the facility will hold a 3,000 square foot community center,  2,000 square foot entrance lobby, and 1,000 square feet of pre-function space.
