Loop Linen
Loop Linen, a trusted provider of industrial laundry and linen services across the Gulf South—from New Orleans to Jackson, MS—identified the need for a new, expanded operations hub to support its growing regional footprint. To bring this vision to life, Loop Linen has partnered with Woodward for fully integrated design-build services.
Located in Westwego, LA, the new facility is currently in the design development phase. The project will feature a 47,000-square-foot steel framed building with tilt-up concrete walls to house Loop Linen’s advanced laundry operations. Supporting infrastructure includes an 8,000-square-foot covered loading dock, over 50,000 square feet of heavy-duty concrete paving for vehicle and equipment circulation, and more than 33,000 square feet of additional site components including gravel parking areas and thoughtfully designed landscaping.
This new facility will enhance Loop Linen’s operational capacity, efficiency, and service reach while anchoring its presence in the Greater New Orleans area.
