Lambeth House 2nd-4th Floor Conversion
Lambeth House reached out to Woodward Design+Build due to their increased need for independent living units, and with the desire that the new living units should have an open floor plan with generous & open living / kitchen space.
This project involves renovating approximately 42,335 SF of Lambeth House Retirement Community located at 150 Broadway Street in New Orleans. The project scope includes converting a portion of the existing Second Floor memory care area into assisted living units, a new fitness room, and a conference suite. Floor 4 work consists of converting from assisted living to independent living units, as well as the addition of new exterior balconies and infill of floor openings.
