Our Work

Isidore Newman School Levy Building

Woodward successfully delivered the latest phase of renovations on Newman’s uptown campus, leveraging the design-build delivery method to beautifully and efficiently transform the Levy Building while prioritizing Newman’s vision and budget.

The first-floor renovation elevated the design of the Sheryl and Bob Merrick Dining Hall. The team integrated significant upgrades such as a streamlined commercial kitchen, modern lighting solutions, refined finishes, and improved circulation to create a more functional and aesthetically cohesive space.

The second floor space was completely transformed through a comprehensive repurposing and redesign. The space is now home for over 120 years of school archives and emphasizes organization, elegant display solutions, and enhanced lighting to this existing historic building.
