Woodward served as the Construction Manager at Risk to deliver this tenant improvement project with HOK Architects for Deloitte’s New Orleans branch at 701 Poydras. After selective demolition of the existing interior fit-out to coordinate with the new design, the team built 6,205 square feet of new open workspaces, enclosed offices, accessory meeting rooms, restrooms, and a new break room with seating.

The collaborative office environment includes open-space studios, impressive wall art and graphics, unique retro furniture, and lighting.  Special attention was paid to the detailed color-coded cabling for various power sources in this modern financial office.
