Co-Nola Medical Office Building
Woodward serves as a collaborative partner to deliver this new medical office building under the design-build approach. We leveraged our demonstrated success with Rozas-Ward Architects and our in-house structural engineering services to deliver this new, multi-tenant health facility.
Woodward served as the construction partner on the Co-Nola Medical Office Building in the expanding Westbank Medical Corridor.
The building is a four-story office building consisting of ground level retail and parking, second floor parking, and multi-tenant clinic space on the third and fourth floors. The retail space includes a coffee shop, a pharmacy and an office supply store. Additionally, Woodward Engineering Group provided the building’s structural design.
This new medical office building serves the community by providing an array of vital healthcare services in state-of-the-art clinic space. The committed tenants to the development include Culicchia Neurological Clinic, Metro Gastroenterology, Southern Pain Clinic, Southern Surgical Specialists, and Tandem Clinical Research.
