Layne Court serves as Millwork Business Leader for the Woodward Millwork Group, where he leads the overall business performance of the millwork operation, including strategic growth, operational leadership, and client engagement. He works closely with architects, designers, and project teams to expand awareness of the group’s capabilities and deliver high-quality architectural millwork solutions across Woodward’s markets.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Layne brings deep expertise in preconstruction, integrated project delivery, and operational strategy. Prior to this role, he led complex preconstruction efforts at Woodward, helping owners and project teams align scope, budget, and schedule through collaborative delivery methods such as design-build and CMAR.

Layne holds a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. His experience across general contracting, specialty subcontracting, and owner advisory roles gives him a well-rounded perspective that supports both the business and craft of delivering exceptional projects.
