John brings over a decade of construction industry experience to his role as Woodward Steel Group’s Division Manager. He provides leadership and oversight to estimating, project management and field operations on steel projects. A graduate from LSU’s Construction Management program, John joined Woodward in 2007 first as Project Manager before reaching his current position as Manager of the Steel Group. John reflects that “Parody in construction is what is exciting to me. No good plan is immune from issues and resolving those issues as they arise while staying productive, on time, and under budget is what makes this job exciting.”
John’s notable projects include Renovation of Hibernia Tower where he worked as Project Manager to renovate this 23-story historic building. Notable Steel Group projects include St. Tammany Hospital’s Cancer Center, Thibodeaux Regional Medical Center’s Cancer Center and the Louisiana Children’s Museum at City Park which included exposed architectural steel and an asymmetrical changing slope roof.
