Jason Favalora

Project Executive

As Project Executive, Jason is responsible for the overall cost, schedule, and quality performance of his projects. He provides leadership and direction from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring that project delivery aligns with client goals, safety standards, and Woodward’s commitment to excellence. In this role, Jason supports and mentors his project teams, ensuring they have the resources, coordination, and communication necessary to deliver successful outcomes.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including over 5 years with Woodward Design+Build, Jason has managed a range of complex projects across healthcare, higher education, and commercial sectors. His expertise in occupied and technically demanding environments enables him to anticipate challenges, maintain operational continuity, and drive results through proactive planning and collaboration.

Jason studied Construction Management at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He also holds an ASHE Health Care Physical Environment Certification and is an OSHA 30 Certificate holder.
