Frank is a licensed architect with 40 years of experience in the design and construction industries. His professional experience includes everything from programming, value engineering, contract and construction administration. Frank has a special focus on educational facilities and acted as Owner/Principal of a small architecture firm that performed the renovation of over 30 schools for the Orleans Parish School Board.

Some of his most notable projects to date are: The Julia at St. Charles, Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery, and Lula Restaurant and Distillery.
