
A New Orleans native, Frank is a licensed architect with 44 years of experience shaping the city’s built environment. His career spans every phase of architectural design and construction, from programming and value engineering to contract administration and construction oversight.
Frank has a deep expertise in educational design, having led the renovation of nearly 40 schools for the Orleans Parish School Board while serving as Owner/Principal of his own architecture firm. His work has contributed to the revitalization of learning spaces across the city, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of students and educators.
Beyond schools, Frank has played a key role in projects that define New Orleans’ architectural character. His portfolio includes landmark renovations and adaptive reuse projects such as The Julia at St. Charles, Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery, and Lula Restaurant and Distillery. Through these projects, he has helped preserve the city’s historic fabric while integrating modern functionality and design innovation.
