Cristin is a process manager at Woodward specializing in business development research and strategy. She communicates new opportunities to the executive team and manages leads as they progress through our pipeline. She also assists the Architecture and Engineering groups with legal agreements and reporting. Relatively new to the construction industry, she worked in fine art sales and gallery management at New Orleans’ Cole Pratt Gallery for ten years before joining our team and has a particular interest in Woodward’s historic preservation initiatives.
Cristin Nunez Cortez has a BA in Art History and Mass Communication from Washington and Lee University. She earned her MA in Art History from Tulane University. She volunteers as a leader for Girl Scouts Louisiana East and is a member of the New Orleans Museum of Art Young Fellows and the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce. Her favorite Woodward project is the conversion of the NOPSI Hotel on Baronne Street because her grandfather worked for New Orleans Public Service Inc. as an electrical engineer for over 30 years from 1953 to 1985.
