Casey is a LEED AP and holds an ASHE Physical Environment certification, bringing
specialized knowledge of hospital regulatory requirements, life-safety standards,
and facility operations. He also manages contract negotiations, billing, and scope
adjustments, providing steady, detail-focused leadership from kickoff through
closeout.
