Woodward is proud to announce the Four Seasons New Orleans has been revealed as the winner of ENR Texas and Louisiana’s 2022 Best Project in the Renovation/Restoration category. In collaboration with our joint venture partner, AECOM Tishman, the team worked to showcase the construction approach, innovations, and teamwork that went into the city’s largest private development.

The project will be recognized in October at the awards luncheon in Houston, Texas.

The iconic rehabilitation of this waterfront tower has also garnered praise from other local awards programs including the Louisiana Landmark Society’s 2022 Excellence in Historic Preservation, and two awards from the American Concrete Institute’s Louisiana Chapter for Best Overall Concrete Project and Best Concrete Renovation.
