At Woodward, we believe in celebrating not just the milestones, but the stories that come with them. This year marks 15 years of dedication, leadership, and expert craftsmanship for Danielle, our Millwork Fabrication Manager. Her passion for woodworking and deep connection to the craft have shaped the success of our millwork division.

One project stands out in her career as both a professional accomplishment and a deeply personal journey: the City Park Golf Club House, completed in 2017. “My favorite project would be the City Park Golf Club House,” Danielle shares. “It was sentimental to have worked on this project because I grew up playing golf at City Park, where my grandfather was a professional golfer and worked all his life. Seeing the old house gone and a new one built brought back many great memories.” This project, beyond the craftsmanship involved, became a tribute to family and tradition, reminding us all that the spaces we create are more than just buildings—they are part of our lives and stories.

Danielle’s dedication to her work is guided by a deep-rooted faith, which inspires her approach every day. “My faith in God that He will guide me daily,” she says, remains a source of motivation and purpose as she continues to lead Woodward’s millwork division.

Looking ahead, Danielle is excited for both the near and long-term future of her team and the company. “In the near term, I’m focused on growing the millwork division to surpass our goals while contributing to the overall success of the company,” she shares. Long-term, she expresses excitement for what lies ahead: “I’m excited to see what the future holds for me at the mill.”

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors, especially during the warmer months. Her hobbies include working on custom wood projects like patio chairs, cutting boards, and coasters. These personal creations reflect her passion for the craft and her love for working with her hands. In her downtime, she also enjoys spending time with family and friends, hosting dinners, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories. “Attending church, being with family and friends—having everyone over for dinner, enjoying time together, and sharing stories and laughs” are moments that matter most to her.

As we celebrate this 15-year milestone, we are proud to honor not only Danielle’s professional accomplishments but also the heart and dedication she brings to every project and relationship. Here’s to many more years of success and craftsmanship in our millwork division!
