Safety is our top priority at Woodward Design+Build. We don’t simply comply with industry standards, we go above and beyond to make safety an integral part of our company culture. Safety starts at Woodward long before the job does, with the development of a site-specific safety plan and regular safety meetings while the job is underway. We believe proper safety training provides a solid foundation for employees to identify and prevent workplace hazards. For this reason, Woodward requires all field and office personnel to complete safety training. Our strong commitment to our safety culture ensures the entire Woodward team is prepared to identify, prevent and mitigate hazards to uphold safety standards every day.
