“Paul Flower has been described as a builder and engineer at heart. Backed by his deep expertise in construction management, civil engineering and real estate development, Flower has worked for Woodward Design+Build for over 50 years. Since becoming CEO in 1987, he has grown the business to include millwork and steel divisions, with over 225 employees and annual revenues of over $200 million. Under Flower’s leadership, the company became an early adopter of the design-build model of delivering construction projects, and he has championed sustainable building and virtual design and construction methods.
